The time to start is NOW don’t let there be excuses, non judge mental small group setting, you will be with others that are in the same boat, we will also work on your goals and nutrition!
Spots are limited to keep it smaller and more personalized.
6 week commitment with 2 classes per week, nutrition advice, goal setting and accountability is YOURS!

Yoga & Core Fundamentals to increase your core/pelvic floor strength as well as provide a stronger back with less pain! Mondays 4:20pm, 30 minutes.
Beginner Stretchy Yoga Fusion
Sunday 9am - full body stretch and flow with beginner moves to help you feel amazing and remove tension from your body.
*each time slot will need a committed number of people.
