Yes, you saw that right Heather is bringing her experience in for an Adult Women only opportunity! Don’t miss out, you can even make it a girls date and bring a friend along!
What to expect? 1st feel like a kid again with no worries! 2nd we’ll be doing your basic adult friendly tumbling activities like bridges, cartwheels that kind of stuff, all skills welcome as everything can be modified or advanced if you just want to tone up your skills. No requirements necessary - zero experience is okay!
